Rules & Regulation :

• Passengers are requested to carry ORIGINAL PHOTO IDENTITY CARD with him / her as per Govt. Rules.
• Station porter charges will not be provided.
• Train food (up + dn) from / to Howrah / Sealdah / Shalimar / Santragachi / Kolkata station will not be provided.
• Railway berth will be allotted as per Railway Allotment.
• Rooms will be allotted family wise 2/3/4 person in a room basis.
• Accommodation in Standard / Deluxe category.
• Food will not be served in the room at any request.
• Tobacco / Alcohol charges which are extra and have to be paid by the guest.
• Entry fees, Forest permit charge, Safari charge, Boat rides, Package drinking water, Medicine charge, Telephone bills, Camera charges paid by guest.
• Any liabilities towards loss / damage / property breakage of any other happening during the tour will be paid by the guest.
• Management will not take any liability towards loss / damage of life / property breakage or any other happening during the tour.
• Due to any unavoidable circumstances like Natural Calamity, breakdown of bus / local bandhs / strike / agitation / road blockage of any such happening, then the party have to bear the extra cost for extended days.
• Package Booking Should be accepts 130 Days ago.
• Age between 5 to 7 years old discount 20% per head on package.
• Age between 3 to 4 years old discount 70% per head on package.
• Travelling with more than 20 and above passengers.
• Booking to be made by payment of 30% cost of our package price individual.
• Remaining amount (40%) to be paid 30 days before days of your journey.
• After full payment passengers will get entry our tour programme.
  
  

Cancellation Policy :

• 30% of total booking amount after advance booking.
• 45% of total booking amount before 90 days.
• 60% of total booking amount before 60 days.
• 75% of total booking amount before 30 days.
• 90% of total booking amount before 20 days.
• No cancellation will be entitled before 15 days commencement of the journey.
